Skive Beachparty has come and gone. I survived, which I guess is quite alright. I managed to avoid Nik & Jay at Skive Beachparty, a fact which I am proud of.

I heard the following bands:

• Kim Larsen – Oldie but goodie and once part of Gasolin, which he played a couple of songs from, very nice.
• Magtens Korridorer – the music is good, but I feel their stage performance never quit reaches far into the audience. It is as if it only reached the people up front.
  
• Bloodhound Gang – the sound utterly sucked. They must have drugged up their sound-man. But they were entertaining none-the-less.
• Volbeat – What is there to say? They totally kicked ass, even though they played at 2 p.m. – WAY too early for metal, but at least people woke up
• Infernal – Not exactly my kind of music, but they do what they do well and it was good experience to see them live.
• Nephew – Except the occasional hit from their albums, I never enjoyed their music much. But their concert was very well coordinated and well played. I was pleasantly surprised.
• D-A-D – As always, a nicely played concert with plenty of motivated fans.
