Watir on mac os x
I’ve been toying a bit with getting watir to run on my Mac. It’s not easy, as watir is written for IE on windows. However, a bit of google-fu sends me in the direction of safariwatir but it seems that Safari support is a bit flaky. I was unable to much with frames with no names.
Other options seems to include firewatir, and thanks to this link I was able to install jSSH on my Firefox – very nice. Now, on to getting watir to use firewatir.

Min nabo Totoro (Tonari no Totoro)
Yesterday I went to the movies with my daughter and X-wife to watch the movie ‘Min nabo Totoro’. It is a japanese movie from 1988 which just now is in danish theaters — probably inspired by the recent successes of Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirited Away. It is kinda a feel-good movie, although Christine got a bit scared of the big Totoro, because he has such a big mouth. But he was also cute when he helped the girls go to their mother in the hospital. All in all, a cute movie and worth watching.
Ghost Rider
A couple of weeks ago I went to see the movie Ghost Rider – based on the Marvel character by the same name. The movie portrays how Johnny Blaze come to be the Ghost Rider, a motorcyclist / burning skeleton trying to do good. It is rather typical Hollywood with lost love and such. Overall I’d say it is a good movie, but then again, I have a weakness for Marvel movie adaptations
