I finally got around to watch some of the episodes of Battlestar Galactica Season 1. It is very entertaining and a defintely worth some time and money.

Some of the episodes doesn’t seem to have that much content, but focus of the series is also on character development and not only “action”. I especially liked the episodes where Starbuck crashes on some moon after a rendezvous with some Cylon Raiders. She repairs and flys a Cylon Raider, thereby discovering that they are specially constructed only for flying and are part biological and part machine.

Also the episode “Tribunal” deserves mentioning. Due to a Cylon bombing aboard the Galactica an independent tribunal is set up to investigate the circumstances. After the whole thing turns into a recular witch-hunt, Commander Adama shuts the whole thing down. Much to the dismay of certain Sergeant Very amusing, me thinks.
